Late Mother Aida taught us that food was never just food, it was love, connection, family and a way of bringing people together.
Through generations of traditional Mediterranean cooking, she shared the importance of using only the finest and freshest ingredients, while creating meals that were meant to be gathered around, shared and remembered.
Inspired by her spirit, warmth and generosity, AIDA Mediterranean Cuisine & Bar was created as a heartfelt tribute to her legacy. Every dish, every shared table and every experience is designed to transport you to the Mediterranean, where meals are long, flavours are vibrant and hospitality comes from the heart.

After just four years of operation, AIDA was incredibly honoured to be recognised by our region and peers, taking home a Business Award amongst some of the best venues and businesses in Albury Wodonga. For our team, this recognition meant so much more than an award, it was a reflection of the heart, hard work, passion and belief that has gone into building AIDA from the ground up.
